House Rules

We try to operate with as few written rules as possible, and so far this has worked very well for us. We are convinced that our guests primarily want to enjoy a relaxing vacation and therefore avoid anything they might find disruptive. We also welcome our guests to coordinate with each other regarding the grill, seating areas, sauna, etc. However, there are a few rules we do have: Arrival/Departure: We are happy to welcome you between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM on your arrival day. If you could let us know roughly half an hour before your arrival, we can be sure to be at the house to hand you the keys and show you around the apartment. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM. Please contact us in advance if you have any particularly early or late arrival requests. The same applies if you would like to depart later. 01621305933 Waste: Waste is separated here into paper, organic waste, and general waste. Please dispose of bottles in the collection containers in town. Further waste separation is, of course, possible; the recycling yards in Lindberg and Zwiessel are then available for this purpose. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the houses, apartments, and cabins. We kindly ask smokers to dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays, which you can also empty from time to time.
