Our apartments Arber, Pepe, Siebenschläfer, Falkenstein, and Silberberg are well-equipped with a high-quality finish and, above all, offer plenty of space to relax and unwind. The private sauna (13€/4 hours including sauna towels for exclusive use) invites you to relax after skiing (access to cross-country trails right outside the door, alpine skiing on the Großer Arber 10km away) or hiking. Sufficient covered and secure parking spaces are available for mountain bikes. Pets are welcome upon request (max. 2 per apartment). A large garden with opportunities for playing and grilling is of course available to our guests. Partially covered outdoor seating areas are available for all apartments. Sun loungers with cushions are also provided. Our smaller apartments Silberberg and Falkenstein are ideal for hiking-enthusiastic couples or singles who enjoy and are interested in pristine nature. Located in the middle of the National Park, they are the starting point for a variety of nature experiences. These apartments can also be rented for longer periods at special rates. Modern flat-screen TVs with satellite reception, radio, and of course Wi-Fi complete the equipment of the spacious apartments. For everyone to enjoy, we have compiled a small library and an extensive collection of games. Since December 2016, our house has been supplied with energy in a climate-neutral way. A modern pellet heating system with solar support and natural electricity make this possible.

We forgo hidden costs, such as deposits, electricity, water, taxes, etc. The municipality of Lindberg currently levies a guest contribution of €1.50 per night, which must be paid to us in addition to the rental costs and is passed on in full to the municipality. This guest contribution enables a number of services provided by the municipality, such as free use of buses and trains in the Bavarian Forest region, as well as discounted admission to swimming pools and museums. Therefore, the guest contribution is not included in the booking price.

Bed linen and towels, kitchen towels, dishwasher tabs, carbon dioxide cartridges for sparkling water devices, as well as a cot or high chair if required are also included in the price. Depending on the length of stay, there are costs for final cleaning and currently an energy surcharge. These costs will be specified in the offer.

The booking becomes binding with a written booking confirmation from us and receipt of a deposit of 30% of the rental price in our account. Up to 60 days before arrival, cancellation is possible at any time without charge. Thereafter, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. From 7 days before arrival, if no replacement booking can be found, we unfortunately have to charge 90% of the rental price as compensation. We recommend taking out private travel insurance.
