The prices for our holiday apartments include all taxes as well as towels, bed linen, sparkling water makers (in apartments Arber, Pepe, Siebenschläfer, Fahnenriegel, Schindelau, Wildbach, Silberberg, and Falkenstein), basic supplies of dish soap, spices, etc. for a stay of 4 people (apartments Arber and Pepe Siebenschläfer) or 2 people (apartments Silberberg and Falkenstein). For stays of less than 10 nights, we charge a partial final cleaning fee of 60.00 - 120.00 Euro.
Additional persons are charged at 10.00 €/night. Dogs and pets (excluding reptiles and rodents) are welcome upon registration. We charge 8.00 €/night for these.
Due to the extremely increased energy prices, we are currently obliged to levy an energy surcharge once per apartment and usage.
The municipality of Lindberg currently levies a guest contribution of 1.50 € per night, which must be paid to us in addition to the rental costs. We pass this on. You will receive a guest card with this, which includes numerous discounts, including the Guti Ticket, which allows free use of buses and trains in the Bavarian Forest.
The booking becomes binding upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total price. Cancellation is possible at any time free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. Afterwards, the deposit will be retained as a no-show. From 30 days before the start of the journey, 70% of the costs, less cleaning costs and tourist tax, will be due. In the event of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, we unfortunately have to charge 90% of the total price, less cleaning costs and tourist tax, as a cancellation fee, unless we can re-rent the apartment. We therefore recommend taking out travel insurance. We request the final payment of the total price approximately 15 days before arrival with our arrival information.
