The Siebenschlaefer Apartment is perhaps the most personal apartment in our Old Customs House. It was created as a retreat for those seeking a conscious break from hustle and bustle. Located under the roof, you look directly through the large windows into the green canopy of the surrounding trees. A special plus: Despite the cozy attic location, the apartment remains pleasantly cool all year round.

When designing it, we particularly wanted to create a harmonious blend of lively living spaces and private retreats.

Highlights of the Siebenschlaefer Apartment:

• The Heart of the Home – Living with a Gallery: The generous dining and living area is the centerpiece of the apartment. It is open-plan, extends under the roof, and with its charming gallery, offers plenty of space for up to 6 people to spend time together.

• A Cozy Atmosphere by the Fireplace: A lovely fireplace provides a cozy warmth on cooler days. The wood to fuel it is naturally available for you free of charge in front of the house. A comfortable wingback chair and a large corner sofa invite you to read, relax, and linger.

• Peaceful Hours in the Bedrooms: Three separate, cozy bedrooms and a snug pull-out bed in the gallery offer comfortable space for restful nights and quiet hours, as you so often enjoy in the seclusion of the forest.

• Fully Equipped Comfort Kitchen: As in all our apartments, the generous kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard – you won’t be missing anything:

  • Ceramic hob & oven

  • Dishwasher

  • Coffee machine & Tassimo capsule machine

  • Soda water dispenser

• A Bathroom for Relaxation: The bathroom features a toilet and a bathtub with an integrated shower – perfect for a relaxing bath after a long day in the fresh air. Sabine has furnished the apartment with great attention to detail, just as she would like to live herself.

To ensure your vacation gets off to a stress-free start, we’ve already taken care of everything:

• Freshly Made Beds & Towels: All beds are already freshly made upon your arrival. Plenty of hand and bath towels are available for you.

• Kitchen Basics Included: In the kitchen you will find a basic supply of spices, dishwasher tabs, dishwashing detergent, as well as cleaning and dish cloths.
